Introduction

     Somebody told me, that I should have in reserve some project for this winter…otherwise I will go crazy soon... (for those of you who don’t know me: winter is not my favourite season…).

     So I was thinking and thinking and finally got an idea last night: I will be doing THAT, what many of you asked me many times before to do and what is my great hobby and love as well... I decided to write my bilingual (Czech and English) CULINARY BLOG... my own, well-tried, simple recipes and short instructions...

     So, my dear friends, here is my first try.

     Everything is right now in the start-up phase (it is September yet…) and I’m still beginner acting as a blogger. Thank you for your toleration, patience and your suggestions, questions, views and comments.

     I wish you not only lot of fun trying the recipes but also Bon Appétit and great time!
